AR Operations Manager (PERMANENT, FULL TIME)


Location: Meriden, CT

Salary: $80,000 - $100,000 annually, based on experience, + benefits


We are seeking a hands-on, highly organized AR Operations Manager for a client of ours to lead their Accounts Receivable, Customer Service, and Administrative functions. This role is responsible for managing the company's credit and collections processes, ensuring healthy cash flow, supporting customer satisfaction, and overseeing a diverse operational team.

The ideal candidate is a proactive leader who thrives in a fast-paced distribution environment (or similar), enjoys solving complex problems, and is willing to roll up their sleeves to support day-to-day operations. This individual will collaborate closely with Sales, Customer Service, Warehouse, Operations, and Finance teams to drive operational excellence and deliver outstanding customer experiences.
