A family-owned business is seeking an Accounts Receivable Specialist to support the day-to-day invoicing, cash application, customer billing support, and collections operations.  Work hours are Monday through Friday, from 8:30 a.m. to 5 p.m.

Job Responsibilities:

• Process daily invoices for fulfilled sales orders using our NetSuite ERP system
• Match shipping documents to pick tickets and order confirmations
• Determine shipping costs for LTL freight shipments based on carrier rates
• Enter completed invoices into customer portal systems and verify outstanding balances
• Apply cash payments to open invoices
