We are seeking an experienced Assistant Manager – Accounts Receivable (OTC/O2 C) to lead Order-to-Cash operations, ensuring effective collections, cash application, dispute resolution, and customer account management. The ideal candidate will have strong people management experience, stakeholder management skills, and a proven track record of driving operational excellence within AR/OTC processes.
Key Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end Order-to-Cash (O2 C) / Accounts Receivable operations.
Oversee collections, cash application, billing, deductions, and dispute management processes.
Drive reduction in aged receivables and improve Days Sales Outstanding (DSO).
Monitor collection performance and ensure achievement of SLA and KPI targets.
