Responsibilities

• Manage the given portfolio very closely to ensure collection efforts are accomplished and prevent any order referral.
• Maintain strong relationships between Customer Service and the business; work as a team to solve any issues with requests to customers.
• Provide specific reports and timely follow‑up to our internal control team in India for reconciliation purposes.
• Support evidence provision for internal or external audits as requested by management.
• Drive monthly meetings with the commercial team to engage collections for month‑end purposes.
