Our client is currently engaged in a project with a strict deadline, therefore resulting in the need for a 3 month contract assignment for an experienced Accounts Receivable Specialist. HOURS: Mon - Thurs 8-5 (Fridays off)

PAY: $25/HR - Paid weekly.



Responsibilities:

• Perform accounts receivable processing and customer follow-ups


• Post customer payments and maintain AR aging reports


• Utilize and maintain customer portals


• Follow up on overdue balances


• Assist with data entry of monthly journal entries


• Support monthly close and year-end audit processes


• Complete special projects as assigned
