About the Role

We are looking for a Receivables & Collections Executive whose primary responsibility will be following up with clients and collecting overdue payments. The role involves regular client communication and visiting client locations when required.

Key Responsibilities

• Follow up with clients for pending and overdue payments through calls, emails, and visits.
• Visit client offices/sites to collect payments as required.
• Share invoices, payment reminders, and outstanding details with clients.
• Coordinate with internal teams to resolve billing or payment-related queries.
• Maintain basic records of collections, follow-ups, and client commitments.
