Key Responsibilities

• Supervise the accounts payable (AP) team and daily operations.
• Review, verify, and reconcile vendor invoices and payment requests.
• Manage payment schedules, monitor aging reports, and resolve discrepancies.
• Implement process improvements for efficiency and accuracy.
• Ensure compliance with internal controls, tax regulations, and company policies.
• Collaborate with Finance Manager and Accounting team during month-end/year-end closings.
• Mentor and train AP staff for skill enhancement.
• Prepare reports on AP metrics, outstanding liabilities, and process improvements.
