Accounts Payable Senior Analyst - US

Summary:

In this role, you will partner closely with Treasury to support cash forecasting, including weekly and 13-week forecasts, while working collaboratively with the AP team in Bangalore to drive process improvements that enhance accuracy and efficiency. You will serve as the subject matter expert for key AP processes—such as Ariba, virtual cards, CASS/Telenium invoices, recurring payments, and Legal Tracker—while reconciling related accounts, leading KPI reporting, and ensuring compliance with tax regulations, including preparation of 1099 and 1042 filings.

You will also lead and support projects, including process improvements, system enhancements, and new technology implementations, partnering cross-functionally to improve end-to-end processes.
