We are looking for an Accounts Payable Lead who drives efficiency, compliance, and continuous improvement within our Finance team.
**Main Activities**:
Oversee the complete accounts payable process (receipt, validation, recording, and payment of invoices -CFDI/SAT).
Coordinate and validate payments to national and international suppliers.
Ensure compliance with tax requirements in Mexico (CFDI, SAT, input VAT).
Manage cash flow and reconciliations.
Participate in monthly accounting closings and internal/external audits.
Coordinate the team and optimize processes (ERP / SAP).
Oversee account reconciliations and discrepancy resolution.
