Elevation Accountancy and Finance are extremely excited to be working with a great business in the Doncaster area as they look to recruit a Purchase Ledger on a full time, permanent basis.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Printing, Logging & processing Supplier Invoices
  • Resolving Invoice Queries
  • Liaising with suppliers and purchasing department on a regular basis
  • Creating and maintaining Supplier Accounts
  • Dealing with Supplier queries
  • Processing and allocating Supplier Payments
  • Completing Supplier Reconciliations
  • Processing expenses
  • Collating export documentation
  • Preparing month end accruals
  • Processing customer credit card payments including requesting payment from customers
  • Raising and emailing customer invoices
