Roles and Responsibilities
Accounts Payable
- Process supplier invoices end-to-end using Hubdoc and Xero
- Validate invoice data, match to purchase orders, and route for approvals
- Accurately code and post transactions into the general ledger
- Manage supplier payment runs (weekly/fortnightly)
- Maintain supplier records and resolve invoice discrepancies
- Monitor AP ageing and follow up on outstanding items
