Key Responsibilities:

  • Process high-volume accounts payable invoices, vendor payments, cheque runs, employee expenses, and rental payments
  • Review and reconcile lease-related invoices and ensure rental payments are processed accurately and on time
  • Reconcile corporate credit card statements and support month-end close activities
  • Ensure accurate GST/PST processing and compliance
