Accounts Executive Job Description 1. Accounting & Financial Operations Maintain a few full sets of accounts including AP, AR, GL, and bank reconciliations Prepare monthly management accounts, P&L statements, and balance sheets Ensure accurate posting of revenue, expenses, accruals, and provisions Monitor outlet-level financial performance and cost controls Process supplier invoices, staff claims, and payments in a timely manner Monitor outstanding receivables and follow up on overdue payments Reconcile supplier statements and resolve discrepancies Maintain proper documentation and filing for audit purposes 2.
