Job Description
We are looking for a meticulous and reliable Accounts Executive to manage daily bookkeeping, monthly accounting functions, statutory compliance, and selected administrative support duties for multiple companies. This role also involves ad hoc tasks as required.
Key Responsibilities
A. Bookkeeping (Daily /Ongoing)
- Enter debit notes, commissions, expenses, discounts, and cancellations into Excel
- Match customer payments to insurers and commissions received
- Maintain daily records of payments in and out for all companies
- Prepare credit notes and clawbacks where applicable
- Update QuickBooks and Excel files for all companies
- Track and reconcile discounts upon full payment
- Maintain commission listings and expense records
B. Accounting (Monthly /Periodic / Statutory)
Monthly / Periodic
