JOB RESPONSIBILTIIES

• Prepare and post monthly accruals, manual JVs and adjustment entries to ensure accurate financial reporting.
• Perform monthly bank reconciliations and resolution of reconciling items.
• Manage fixed asset accounting activities including capitalization, settlement, disposals and amortization schedules.
• Maintain internal controls and provide financial reporting support.
• Assist in balance sheets, cash flow reports and management reports.
• Monitor outstanding payables and payment due dates.
• Record financial transactions, maintain accurate ledger accounts and reconcile customer balance.
• Fixed asset accounting, prepaid expense amortization and balance sheet reconciliations.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Strong knowledge of GL accounting, accruals and IFRS
• Advanced reconciliation skills
