Role Purpose
Accounts Executive is responsible for overseeing the firm’s financial records, ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting, and maintaining compliance with applicable financial regulations. The role includes end-to-end bookkeeping oversight, preparation of financial statements, management of billing and collections, account reconciliations, and support in budget planning and financial analysis.
Key Accountabilities & Activities
Bookkeeping and Financial Records
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records
- Record all financial transactions in the accounting system (e.g., invoices, expenses, etc.)
- Reconcile bank statements and manage general ledger accounts on a schedule set by the manager
