Timely and accurate keying in of supplier invoices
Processing supplier payments
Monthly reconciling of suppliers' statement of accounts
Maintains proper filing and documentation of accounting records
Ad hoc assignments as required
About you Minimum Diploma / Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related fields
At least 2 years' experience in Accounts Payable function
Proficient in MYOB accounting software preferred
Meticulous, detail oriented, organized, and able to meet deadlines
Good verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively interact with various stakeholders.
