Position Title: Accounts cum HR Executive  
Working Location: Senoko 
Working Hours: Monday – Friday (8am – 5pm), Alternate Saturday 
Salary Package: Basic Salary + Variable Bonus  
Duration: Permanent 
 Key Responsibilities  Handle partial set of accounts including AP, AR, GL, and bank reconciliations. 
Process supplier invoices, payments, staff claims, and customer billings accurately and promptly. 
Prepare monthly financial reports, schedules, and supporting documentation. 
Assist in month-end and year-end closing activities. 
Maintain proper accounting records and filing systems. 
Monitor cash flow and follow up on outstanding receivables. 
Coordinate with external auditors, tax agents, bankers, and other professional service providers.
