Responsibilities
  • Perform daily accounting duties
  • Input and maintain accounting record/data into Excel worksheet and accounting software accurately and timely
  • Manage invoice payments and claim reimbursements to staff
  • Liaison with vendors on payment matters
  • Basic stock control & reports
  • Assist in month‑end closing
  • Maintain proper documentation and filing
  • Some general office administrative and HR duties
  • Any other ad hoc duties as assigned by supervisor or Management
Working Hours

Monday to Friday – 9am to 6pm

Requirements
  • Min LCCI certificate in accounting or equivalent
