            Management Accounts   Reports to the Finance Manager 
Responsible for accounting processes and tasks (i.e.: AP & AR process, account reconciliation etc.) 
Responsible for bank reconciliation & bank account opening, LC, TR etc. 
Assists the Senior to support intercompany activities 
Provide timely and accurate report of AP / AR 
Provide support and assist in internal & external audits 
Ensure compliance to accounting SOP 
 Controls   Preparing company cash flow report 
Monitor Company fixed deposit report 
Prepare AP/AR ageing report 
 Others   Assist in new processes and system implementation when required 
Assist in preparation of PJC reports
