Job Overview
This is a full‑time accounts assistant position based in Johor Bharu. The role is suitable for a candidate with over 3 years of experience and a business administration or accounting degree; a polytechnic qualification is also acceptable. Over‑the‑counter bookkeeping experience is considered a plus.
Responsibilities
- Attend to accounts email queries that come into client mailboxes and provide excellent communication support.
- Perform bank reconciliations, supplier reconciliations, and prepare monthly account summaries.
- Execute business‑related tasks and ad‑hoc work, including creating rules for inbound client invoices & purchase orders, migrating client data onto our platform, establishing bank reconciliation coding rules, and handling other client‑related tasks.
