Aging Reports email to sales person & management on weekly basis. 
Customer ledger & bill sharing in sales group 
3 to 4 times weekly working on Bounced Cheques sheet. 
Follow up from sales person on overdue customer balances & bounced cheques. 
Sale & purchase posting. 
Online payments credit to customers. 
Recovery & legal cases sheet update.
