Job Summary:

We are looking for an Accounts & Admin Executive to manage day-to-day accounting operations, vendor payments, client outstanding follow-ups, and administrative coordination to ensure smooth financial and operational processes.

Roles & Responsibilities:

Accounts & Finance Responsibilities

Process and manage vendor invoices, payment schedules, and vendor reconciliations
⁠Coordinate with vendors regarding invoices, payment status, and documentation requirements
⁠Track and monitor client outstanding payments and ensure timely follow-ups for collections
⁠Coordinate with internal teams and clients to resolve payment-related queries and discrepancies
⁠Maintain accounts receivable and payable records
⁠Perform bank reconciliations and maintain expense tracking records
⁠Assist in preparing MIS reports and payment status reports
⁠Support GST, TDS, and statutory compliance documentation by coordinating with relevant teams.
