Responsibilities

• Report Service Sales Transaction and monthly aging of Service
• Generate cash receipt journal and sales journal
• Reconciliation of DCAR based on cash receipt journal
• Segregate DCAR for Vehicle, parts and service and distributes respectively
• Checking and adjustment of entries of daily service sales
• post billing of service invoice and internal invoice
• Adjustment for service fee from km check-up and estimate fee used by the client
• Adjustment for CWT
• Monitoring of creditable withholding tax (2307)
• MIRO for free car wash
• Prepares monthly ageing of AR service
• Prepares service sales summary of VAT Return

Qualifications

• Candidate must possess Bachelors/ College Degree in Accountancy, Financial Managemnet or any related courses.
