Accounting Staff / Corporate Tax Specialist
Job Responsibilities
- Review expenses, payroll entries, invoices, vouchers, and other documents to ensure accurate records of all liabilities, assets, incomes, and expenses
- Provide journal entries, and analyze, monitor, and reconcile all tax accounts
- Assist with routing and entry of accounts payable invoices and review for proper general ledger coding
- Reconcile balance sheet accounts as assigned
- Prepare tax returns and BIR reports (1601-E, 1601-C, 2550M, 2550Q, etc.)
- Process, control, and file monthly, quarterly, and annual tax registrations and payments with BIR
- Maintain general subsidiary ledgers
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Accountancy
- At least 2–3 years of general accounting experience
