Overview

JOB SUMMARY: To provide complete and accurate costing on various inventory ledgers on a real-time basis to guide management in making financial decisions.

Responsibilities

• Controls the Petty Cash Fund, Working Fund, Revolving Fund, and Emergency Fund.
• Monitors the status of Cash Advances (CA) and ensures that only members with authorized CA and no outstanding advances shall be given cash advances.
• Receives Trade Checks from Finance for approval/signature.
• Controls the Units 201 File of remanufactured and reconditioned units: Receiving, Recording, Safekeeping, and Releasing.
• Process Cash Vouchers to record payment immediate or emergency use of funds.
• Based on Summary of Materials Usages/ Released extracted from the system.
• Summarizes and consolidates all transactions relevant to the issuance of materials for purposes.
