We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Accounting Staff to provide administrative and financial support to the Accounting Department. The role involves handling financial documents, checks, and receipts, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and proper filing of all accounting records, and assisting with daily accounting operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Process, record, and file accounting documents, including invoices, checks, and receipts.
- Assist in maintaining accurate financial records and ensuring compliance with company policies.
- Support day-to-day accounting operations such as data entry, reconciliations, and report preparation.
- Verify the accuracy of financial transactions and resolve discrepancies as needed.
- Coordinate with other departments regarding accounting-related documentation.
- Perform other accounting and administrative tasks as assigned.
