Accounting Specialist - International Support (Austria)
Your Mission
You will work in an international environment, collaborating closely with the Austrian finance team and supporting key processes such as:
- Booking of Incoming Invoices: You ensure the correct and efficient booking of all incoming invoices.
- Bank Statement Posting: Posting of bank statements is also part of your responsibilities.
- Monitoring Financial Transactions: You oversee financial transactions with financial institutions, such as factoring and confirming, and ensure their accuracy.
- Monthly Closing: You assist in preparing the monthly closing and contribute to its timely completion.
- Accounts Receivable and Payable: You maintain an overview by regularly reviewing accounts receivable and payable to ensure everything is in order.
