Responsible for maintaining the accounts of various entities

. Maintain full set of accounts

. Proper and timely accounting transactions in Xero accounting system including processing of AP/AR, receipts and accounting entries

. TT online banking and issue cheques

. Monthly payroll & CPF submission

. Bank reconciliations, staff expense claim & supplier payments

. Responsible for preparation and closing of monthly and annual financial statements

. Responsible for corporate tax and quarterly GST submission

- Knowledge of simple corporate secretarial duties eg. GST filing, New company name check, Corp Pass matters

- Develop and maintain a filing system

- Submit and reconcile expense reports and claims

- Carry out administrative duties such as filing, data entry, scanning and copying of documents etc.
