Own and manage the full general ledger function for 2–3 legal entities, ensuring the accuracy, completeness, and integrity of all accounting records 
Lead and coordinate the month-end and year-end close process across all entities. 
Review and approve journal entries, accruals, prepayments, and reclass entries 
Review and sign off on all balance sheet account reconciliations on a monthly basis. 
Identify and resolve aged, unexplained, or unsupported items. 
Liaise with external auditors and manage the annual audit process across all entities under responsibility and statutory-to GAAP reconciliation 
Ensure proper processes are in place for timely recording of inventory transactions. 
Coordinate cycle counts and stock-takes and investigate major variations. 
Review and properly account for E&O inventory 
Handle company secretarial functions
