Key Responsibilities

• Manage and oversee the daily operations of the accounting department.
• Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards, tax regulations, and company policies.
• Monitor cash flow, financial transactions, and internal control systems.
• Assist in budget planning, forecasting, and financial analysis.
• Coordinate with external auditors and government regulatory bodies.
• Lead, mentor, and support the accounting team to ensure efficiency and accuracy.
• Recommend improvements to accounting processes and financial systems.

Qualifications

• Around 30’s to 40’s Age Limit
• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• CPA license is an advantage but not required.
• At least 5–7 years of accounting experience, with 2–3 years in a supervisory or managerial role.
