We are seeking a hands-on Accounting Manager to join a growing organization and lead day-to-day accounting operations. The ideal candidate will be a CPA with a solid background in ERP systems, SOX compliance, and at least 3 years of management experience.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee month-end and year-end close processes, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.

Manage and mentor a team of accounting professionals.

Maintain compliance with SOX requirements and internal controls.

Utilize ERP systems to streamline reporting, reconciliations, and financial analysis.

Coordinate with external auditors and support audit processes.

Develop and implement accounting policies and procedures.
Qualifications:
CPA required.
