Insight Global is looking for an Accounting Manager to join a growing company specializing in advanced overhead conductors. This is a direct hire role, located in Huntington Beach, CA. Responsibilites include:

• Serve as a subject-matter expert in U.S. GAAP, ensuring accurate application across all accounting activities.
• Perform and review complex journal entries, account reconciliations, and month-end and year-end close activities.
• Prepare and review financial statements, variance analyses, and management reports.
• Monitor and ensure accurate accounting for the flow of inventory through the manufacturing process, including raw materials, work-in-process (WIP), and finished goods.
• Manage the inventory cycle count program, including oversight of count schedules, reconciliation of results, and investigation of variances.
