Job Description

We are looking for a detail-oriented and analytical Inventory Accounting Staff to join our team in Binondo, Manila City . This role is ideal for fresh graduates or early-career professionals who are interested in inventory, accounting, and reporting functions.

The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing inventory-related reports, monitoring stock movement, supporting reconciliation activities, and assisting in various administrative and coordination tasks.

Key Responsibilities

• Extract and generate data from the system
• Compute ending stock balances per item and brand
• Prepare stock flow and stock analysis reports by item and brand
• Print and organize stock analysis reports
• Prepare reports such as:

  • quantity-based comparative sales reports
