Responsibilities

• Reporting to the Coordinator for GDI Finance, the Accounting Clerk will be responsible for maintaining records for accounting functions and assisting with audits.
• Keeping up-to-date and accurate data of clients, students, vendors, and customers within the Great Plains Accounting System.
• Ensuring quality client service.
• Entering client funding packages and amendments, including assisting with the processing of student payroll.
• Accurately entering and processing vendor and customer invoices in both the accounts payable and accounts receivable areas of the department.
• Processing vendor payments and customer receipts in a timely manner.
