Job Description

Ensure that all payables or requests for payments are processed on time within established turnaround time (TAT). Responsibilities include receiving, checking, verifying and recording to the SAP system. Prepare payment disbursement vouchers (PDVs) and submit to Treasury for check preparation or online payments.

Responsibilities

• Process payables and payment requests accurately and on time
• Receive, check, verify, and record transactions in SAP
• Prepare payment disbursement vouchers (PDVs) for Treasury submission
• Support online payments or check processing as required

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accountancy
• Banking, Business Studies / Administration
• Fresh graduate or 1 year of experience in related fields
