Job Description:

Primary focus will be to answer phone calls from the Sales Reps of a large client. 

This entails looking up cases and providing status updates, reviewing business rules and state laws related to the account being setup. 

This person will also, perform collection, interpretation and recording of data in accordance with documented guidelines and standards. 

Provide key support for timely master data changes among their specific domain (i.e. Customer, Material or Vendor).
