Job Summary:
We are urgently seeking a highly analytical and detail-oriented Accounting Associate with strong experience in IFRS/PFRS and Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) . The ideal candidate will support financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and business analysis to help drive informed decision-making.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and maintain financial records in compliance with IFRS/PFRS
• Assist in the preparation of financial statements and management reports
• Perform budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis (FP&A)
• Analyze financial performance and provide actionable insights
• Handle general ledger entries, reconciliations, and journal postings
