The Accounting Associate supports general ledger and financial reporting processes by managing sales reporting, bank reconciliations, service income accounting, and incentives recording, while ensuring accurate and timely financial data for Head Office and branches.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare daily and monthly sales reports and reconciliations
- Generate sales data for management reviews, WIG meetings, and performance analysis
- Monitor service income (in-warranty and out-of-warranty) including billing, recording, and accruals
Bank & Cash Accounting
- Prepare monthly bank reconciliations and monitor reconciling items
- Record bank transactions, interest income, and foreign currency revaluation
- Maintain cash-in-bank schedules and balances
