Description
We are seeking a detail-oriented Accounting Assistant to support daily financial operations and ensure accuracy across key accounting functions. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with numbers, staying organized, and supporting a collaborative finance team. You’ll assist with a mix of accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger support while gaining exposure to core accounting processes.


RESPONSIBILITIES

+ Assist with accounts payable and receivable processing, including invoice entry and payment tracking

+ Perform data entry and maintain accurate financial records

+ Support bank and credit card reconciliations

+ Help prepare journal entries and assist with general ledger maintenance

+ Organize and maintain financial documentation for audits and reporting
