The Accounting Assistant is responsible for processing accounting transactions and preparation of accounting reports on sales, financial statements, budget variance and other reports pertaining to the operations of the mall.
The individual is responsible for assisting the Accounting Officer in the performance of functions relative to sales audit, voucher preparation, inventory and general accounting.
Responsible for timely and accurate processing of specific accounting transactions according to standard process
Identify noted and potential issues on assigned account, support process improvements and ensure follow-through on issues
Comply with accounting standards, policies and procedures
Effectively coordinate with internal/external customers according to structured process
Respond timely to prompt requests from Business / Customers
