• Review and verify invoices for accuracy and completeness.
• Prepare and verify entries on vouchers for disbursements.
• Manage, organize, and maintain accounting documents and records.
• Maintain and update accounting books and ledgers.
• Perform bank-related tasks, including but not limited to submitting bank listings for payroll and processing payments for utilities.
• Review and verify payroll for all direct employees.
• Prepare monthly expense statements.
• Coordinate with internal and external auditors during audit periods.
• Perform other accounting-related tasks as required by management.

Qualifications:

• Graduate of Bachelor’s degree in Accountancy, Accounting Technology, Finance, or a related field.
