Responsibilities
Including, but not limited to:
Maintain bookkeeping records up to trial balance
Process supplier invoices, perform reconciliations, and manage payments
Administer municipal accounts, including handling queries and meter reconciliations
Prepare and submit VAT and dividends tax returns
Compile monthly management accounts/packs
Prepare annual audit files and supporting documentation
Assist with basic payroll processing and payroll tax administration
Provide support to the Financial Manager with:
Reviewing payment packs
Monitoring company tax liabilities
Compiling and reviewing management accounts
Performing basic CIPC secretarial duties
Requirements
BCom Degree or Diploma with Accounting as a major
