About the role Redox Chemical Pte Ltd is seeking an experienced Accountant/HR Executive to join our team. In this full-time role, you will be responsible for managing the company's accounting and HR operations in our Tuas West Region office. This is an excellent opportunity to take on a diverse and impactful role within a growing chemical manufacturing company.
What you'll be doing - Preparing and analysing financial statements, including profit and loss, balance sheets, and cash flow reports
- Overseeing accounts payable and receivable, as well as invoicing and payroll processing
- Ensuring compliance with accounting standards, tax regulations, and internal policies
- Assisting with HR administration tasks, such as employee onboarding, benefits management, and maintaining personnel records
- Supporting the Finance team with ad-hoc projects and data analysis as required
