HIRING: ACCOUNTANT (Construction Experience Required)

We are currently looking for a qualified and experienced Accountant to join our team.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Accountancy or related field
• Preferably CPA (but not required)
• With at least 5–8 years experience in construction accounting
• Knowledgeable in project costing, budgeting, and financial reporting
• Familiar with BIR compliance and government regulations
• Proficient in accounting software and MS Excel
• Detail-oriented, organized, and trustworthy

Responsibilities

• Prepare and maintain financial records and reports
• Monitor project costs and budgets
• Handle accounts payable and receivable
• Ensure compliance with tax and statutory requirements
• Assist in audits and financial analysis
