• Reconciliation: Reconciling general ledgers, bank statements, and accounts payable/receivable.
• Tax Compliance: Computing taxes, preparing tax returns, and ensuring compliance with local, provincial, and federal regulations.
• Internal Controls: Maintaining internal controls, conducting audits, and reducing risks of fraud or mismanagement.
• Data Analysis: Reviewing financial data to identify trends, variances, and cost-reduction opportunities.
