This role will be responsible for the accounting function as well as providing relevant support and decision-making information to other functions within the business for further optimization and efficiency.
Key Performance Areas
- Preparing Monthly and Quarterly Management Accounts
- Assisting Financial Manager in preparation of Budgets and Forecasts
- Take full responsibility for the general ledger through to the trial balance
- Analysis of variances and to spot trends and improve company performance
- Preparation of daily, weekly and monthly cash forecasts
- Liaise with Department Managers to prepare meaningful and value-added variance analysis
- Loading, authorizing and approving bank payments
- Sales by product and user analysis
- Compile ad-hoc reports as requested
