Title: GL Accountant Sr

Hours: 8:30 - 5 (1hr lunch) | M-F

Location: Toronto, ON (Onsite)

Duration: 6 months (Possible for extension)

Pay Rate: $40/hr

Responsibilities

• Answer questions regarding various accounting issues and reports related to the commercial properties.
• Prepare income statements, balance sheets, and various other accounting statements or financial reports.
• Evaluate various accounting variances, reports, and records. Make recommendations relative to the accounting of cash reserves, assets, and expenditures (variance analysis, forecasting, and budgeting).
• Maintain, record, and reconcile billings and accounts receivables.
• Create Month-End accounting entries and calculate monthly recoveries and management fees. Prepare balance sheet reconciliations and reconcile discrepancies and posts to the general ledger, including bank reco...
