Job Opportunity: Junior Accountant

A company based in Edenvale is searching for a driven junior accountant to join our dynamic team.

Duties & Responsibilities Calculate material requirements for products to be manufactured. Carry out the necessary research on materials. Create new product codes, load all material requirements, and create relevant documents per item (e.g. Job cards). Ensure all costs of materials are up to date. Assist with client quotations and generate WO. Ensure creditors information is kept up to date and reconciled. Follow up on debtors. Knowledge of VIP payroll. Experience in a manufacturing environment. Desired Experience & Qualifications Diploma / Bachelor’s degree in accounting. 3 - 4 years experience with Pastel Evolution. Extensive knowledge of Excel formulas. Excellent organizational, research, and multitasking abilities. Strong negotiating and problem-solving skills. A professional appearance.
