Oversee and process all payment transactions for contractors, subcontractors, and vendors to support construction phases
Ensure all treasury-related disbursements are completed within defined SLAs to maintain seamless project support.
Coordinate closely with the Treasury team Head Office to monitor fund availability and ensure project-related disbursements are fully funded
Project Cost Control: Track and consolidate all project-related expenditures to provide a comprehensive view of financial health, performing regular reconciliations against established cost sheets to proactively identify and report potential cost overruns or plan deviation
Execute the full lifecycle of fixed assets by recording acquisitions, calculating depreciation, and maintaining Work-in-Progress (WIP) accounts to ensure accurate financial reporting and a seamless capitalization process once projects are ready for use
